My Story.

I am

Tobie LaRoy

I work as an environmental scientist, and love to take the world around me and put it on paper or recreate it in felt. My work is mostly from my imagination with the use of reference photos which I take bits and pieces of to combine into one image, or into a felt animal. I am an avid reader of sci-fi and fantasy and like to create images that reflect that but subtly. Have fun, live your life, and follow your passions. Don’t let anyone tell you they are impossible.
